Since 1924, Molino Peila has been producing gluten-free flour and semolina from corn, rice, legumes (chickpeas, green peas, red lentils, beans) and superfoods (quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, millet). In 2020, a new factory was opened to outputting a variety of rice including white, brown, round, long A, long B, sushi rice, and many more. As of 2021 it also produces gluten-free hand-made sweet and salty bakery products including biscuits, cakes, jam cakes and breadsticks.
